What is triage
Based on the known information it is decided where, and how often the patients needs treatment. E.g is someone uses a small amount of weed they will get community interventions but someone with a meth addiction might get regular private help
What is treatment planning
Assess the willingness of the patient to get help, as well as what type of help they will receive
What is outcome monitoring
Once treatment is in place we need to monitor how successful that treatment is at allowing the patient to reach a goal
What time period does assessment focus on

If confidentiality is ensured
If rapport isnt established
If there is cognitive, psychiatric or organic mental impairment
If self report data is supported by outside infomation
Why are clients and their surrounding support system interveiwed
