- I Healthy
- II Mild Systemic Disease
- III Severe Systemic Disease but not incapacitating
- IV Incapacitating Disease

How are bisphosphonates and prolia different?
A
- Prolia: Delivered by injections very 6 months. Reduces osteoclast activity. If longer than 6 months between injections, risk of fracture increases.
- Bisphosphonates: incorporated into bone, need to know how long pt has been on bisphosphonates
