- Probo Koala Incident (August 2006)
A
- In March 2006, Trafigura chartered tanker Probo Koala to collect coker naphtha (heavy residual fuel oil) from Brownsville, Texas. Washed off he cost of Libya or Gibraltar.
- In July, berthed in Amsterdam, but rejected unloading.
- In August, berthed in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire and dumped wastes improperly. Caused 15 death, 69 hospitalization
