What is Level 1 Water Operations?
Where FF’s work within 3m of unprotected waters edge or enter water that is shallow enough not to compromise PPE and is slow moving enough that there is no foreseeable risk

Where FF’s may have to commit to water to effect a rescue in still or moving water

Operations that involve the deployment of the Flood Response Kit (FRK)
