IC, all officers and BA teams must be informed
Consider immediate withdrawal of BA teams due to air supply
Emergency team must be established at bridgehead as soon as possible
Consider implementing stage 2 BA
If life saving actions are delayed, IC should consider alternative means of affecting rescues
