1
Q

Q

When will the PSEU illuminate?

A

on the ground:
-a fault detected in PSEU
OR
-Main cargo door micro switches or proximity switches have failed giving false door position indications during master caution recall

IT IS INHIBITED from thrust lever advance for TO until 30 seconds after touchdown

Q

When will the takeoff configuration warning sound with a/c on ground and either or both thrust levers advanced for t/o?

A
  • TE flaps not in 1-25 t/o range
  • TE flaps in skew or asymmetry condition or uncommanded motion
  • LE devices not configured for T/O or uncommanded motion
  • speed brake lever not DOWN position
  • spoiler control valve open providing pressurized fluid to ground spoiler interlock valve
  • parking brake set
  • stab trim not in T/0 range

Q

What configurations activate the gear warning horn?

A

Flaps up through 10:

  • altitude below 800 RA if either forward T/L has a low thrust lever angle (TLA)
  • can be silenced unless a/c descends below 200 RA

Flaps 15-25:
-if either thrust lever is at a low TLA and it CANNOT be silenced

Flaps greater than 25:
-it will sound regardless of TLA and CANNOT be silenced
