A
  • More info on war. British public watched lives as first bombs fell on Baghdad
  • Costs. A spitfire costs £6000 but a Modern Typhoon Jet costs £80 Million. Nuclear Missiles cost 2.4 Billion a Year
  • More humans die. 95% of casualties now civilians, 1900 wars fought in far off places but by 1945 civilians being bombed
