A
- deficiency in von willebrand factor

Clinical features of Von willebrand disease?
A
- nose bleeds / GI bleeds
- menorrhagia
- bleeding post trauma/surgery

- Prolonged :
- platelet aggregation
- bleeding time - Normal PT time
- Prolonged/normal APTT time

- tranexamic acid for mild bleeding
