What is typically seen on laryngoscopy with vocal fold granulomas?

A
  • Bilateral lesion
  • Mushroom-shaped appearance of granulomas, whitish shimmering fibrin coating
  • Located in the dorsal third of vocal folds, adjacent to the arytenoids

*also do biopsy to exclude cancer and TB
