Define Clergy
The leaders of a religion that carry out services contributing to their culture.
Define omnipresent
When one is everywhere all at once.
Define omniscient
When one is all seeing and all knowing, having an infinite sense of awareness, understanding and insight.
Define crusades
Crusades were series of Christian military group campaigns to try and grab and assert ownership of Holy Grounds for themselves.
Define holy land
Holy Land included Israel, and was considered this to three of the most well known cultures and religions- Christianity, Islam, and Judaism.

A map depicting the features contributing to politics in a specific geographical area.

he series of beliefs which were developed in Western Europe. Usually includes: Valuing individuals, the scientific method, democracy, graining wealth & prestige, generally with christian influence.

Someone who sells items or materials on a market.

The illegal action or practice of lending money at unreasonably high rates of interest.

A society without a monarch and decisions are instead made by the citizens.

Humanist’s are people who seek for total peace and equality in our species; rather than saying that ‘Oh, god will fix this’ they say ‘oh, I will fix this.’

To be very persuasive in speaking about topics in discussions.

A person who supplies financial support to, most likely, a type of artist (musician, writer, sculptor, painter, etc).

Words made into drawings; the earliest form being seen in ancient Egypt.

The language considered the norm in a society.
Define sonnet
A poem made up of fourteen lines with a typical amount of ten syllables per line in english.

The ancient past; the time before the middle ages.
