Define Clergy
The leaders of a religion that carry out services contributing to their culture.
Define omnipresent
When one is everywhere all at once.
Define omniscient
When one is all seeing and all knowing, having an infinite sense of awareness, understanding and insight.
Define crusades
Crusades were series of Christian military group campaigns to try and grab and assert ownership of Holy Grounds for themselves.
Define holy land
Holy Land included Israel, and was considered this to three of the most well known cultures and religions- Christianity, Islam, and Judaism.
Define political map
A map depicting the features contributing to politics in a specific geographical area.
Define western worldview
he series of beliefs which were developed in Western Europe. Usually includes: Valuing individuals, the scientific method, democracy, graining wealth & prestige, generally with christian influence.

The principal church of a diocese, with which the bishop is officially associated.
A place where catholic beliefs are practised; also the head church.

The practice of holding more than one office or church benefice at a time.
To own multiple offices or churches all at once.

a city that with its surrounding territory forms an independent state.
Define hinterland
the often uncharted areas beyond a coastal district or a river’s banks

A society with a monarch/royal.

Shepherds turned wool makers who wanted a republic.
Define Merchant
Someone who sells items or materials on a market.
