A
- reduces myocardial O2 demand with negative inotropic/chronotropic effects- Slows conduction and prolongs refractorieness in AV node by blocking Ca at the slow channels- decreases automaticity of all PM cells- Increases coronary blood flow by decreasing coronary spasm- Relaxes vascular smooth muscle which decreases SVR
