Trunk to trunk, roof to rocker
Reduces ability for customers to dispute damages on return. We also we be able to catch damages that occur off rent and get them repaired/noted

Log into PC, Startup page, VRM
LOFR goal is 30
Per manufacturer: Nissan xxxx miles, Toyota/ Mazda: 7500 miles, GM/Ford/Lincoln/ Cadi 6500 miles, and Chrysler/ Jeep: 6500 miles

Local vendor first for anything, normally they have cheaper or free inspections
Take to the dealer if local vendor canβt fix it (mandatory recall/ vehicle malfunction)
