Macrosomia
Thin lower seg on scan
Signs of scar rupture
Abnormal CTG
Severe pain- esp scar pain
Vaginal bleeding
Heamaturia
Cessation of uterine activity
Maternal - tachy, faint
Unable to pick up FH
