Umbilical vessels, unsupported by either the umbilical cord or placental tissue, traverse the fetal membranes of the lower segment above the cervix

How is vasa praevia diagnosed?
A
- Transvaginal US

How is delivery performed in vp?
A
If vessels are 2-5cm away from the cervix - vaginal is okay
Otherwise caesarean
