A

Aciclovir 200mg, two tablets three times daily for 7-10 days or valaciclovir 500mg, one tablet twice daily for 7-10 days
Topical lignocaine 2% jelly if needed

A

Urinary retention due to aversion to urinating (or neuralgia) - can pee in the bath
