Urethritis! = prob due to Gon/Chla so treat for both!
Tx: Ceftriaxone 125 IM x1 & Doxy 100 x7d or Azith 250 1x

NO! you dont treat this unless prego! in which case u treat w/ Nitrofuratoin(macrobid) or Amox
