Get to know the client! Establish rapport, gather info about the client’s goals, PA background, knowledge and interests
Complete pre-participation screening info and
Step 2 - Assess
Conduct PA, fitness, and/or fitness and/or lifestyle assessment
Several options - full/partial exercise assessment, exercise program without assessment, or lifestyle advice only!
