1) SW’s should participate in and contribute to affect the well being of clients by drawing on perspectives, values, and experiences of the SW profession
2) if team decision raises ethical concerns for a SW, SW should attempt to resolve disagreement through appropriate channels. If the disagreement cannot be resolved, SW should pursue other avenues to address their concerns consistent with client well being
