- “Day of Conception” → September 12th, citizens don’t work and are encouraged to use their day to procreate, if a child is born on June 12th the couple will receive cars, TVs and other prizes
- one plan offered an all-expense-paid summer camp for young adults complete with private tents and no condoms
- 25000 Russian Rubles offered to women who give birth to a second/third child
- offered increased child benefits and a longer maternity leave for women
- gives women 40% of what they previously earned if the gave up work to have kids
