- logic used to make hypotheses and test predictions
Define hypothesis
Is a proposed explanation for a set of observations that must be testable and falsifiable. Leads to predictions that can be tested
Define a scientific theory
A predictive but is much broader in scope than a hypothesis. Usually general

Testable

What is the best type of experiment design
Controlled randomized and blinded

There is no way to be proved true because it can keep being tested but the more experiments the better support
