interest group
an organisation that represents a particular group of people who have similar needs or objectives
- may oppose or support the activities of a business, In order to get what they want
-they pressurise the government and businesses to change their practises

contract
a legally binding agreement between two or more parties.

A condition is an essential element which goes to the heart of the contract. Breach of condition is effectively breaking the contract.
warranty
A warranty is a less important part of the agreement. A breach of warranty will often not break the contract. Breach of warranty generally results in a fine.

shop steward

Workers temporarily stop work for a short period of time. This is an attempt to get the employer to listen to the workers and solve industrial disputes.

This Act makes constructive dismissal illegal. Constructive dismissal is when an employee resigns due to their employer’s unfair behaviour towards them. The employee should take a case to the Rights Commissioner in such a situation. It is up to the employee to prove the case.
