A
- Hx + constitutional symptoms and productive cough
- Blood tinged sputum
- Pleuritic chest pain

A
- Acid fast bacilli
+ sputum culture - CXR- miliary pattern, apical and posterior of upper lobe
- TST and IGRA as supplement- negative doesn’t indicate no infection
- Extrapulmonary manifestations

- Rifampin, INH, pyrazinamide & ethambutom x 2 months
- Directly observed therapy

- Isonzine-rifapentamine to prevent progression to active disease
- Once treated, no need to treat again regardless of additional PPD IGRA results
