  • Change in voice due to obstruction
  • METS to brain, bone, liver
  • Paraneoplastic sx

  • Tissue biopsy
  • Chest CT or CXR
  • PET for METS
  • TNM for staging

    Palliative care- similar/ improved survival than radiation
