• Change in voice due to obstruction
• METS to brain, bone, liver
• Paraneoplastic sx

Bronchogenic carcinoma- Dx

• Tissue biopsy
• Chest CT or CXR
• PET for METS
• TNM for staging

Bronchogenic carcinoma- Tx

• Radiation & chemo
• Surgery for early stages/ no METS
  Palliative care- similar/ improved survival than radiation
