- Bone pain
- Change in voice due to obstruction
- METS to brain, bone, liver
- Paraneoplastic sx

- Chest CT or CXR
- PET for METS
- TNM for staging

- Radiation & chemo
- Surgery for early stages/ no METS
Palliative care- similar/ improved survival than radiation

- 5 yr survival 15%
- Catch earlier = better

- Isolated < 3cm nodule
- Over 30, smokers, hx of malignancy
- Benign or malignancy

- Asymptomatic
- Solitary nodule on CXR
- < 3cm rounded opacity, outlined by normal lung
- No infiltrate, atelectasis, adenopathy
