- Insidious onset of arthralgia, fever & dyspnea on exertion, anorexia
- Erythema nodosum, skin lesions, pigment changes
- Skin, eye, nerve involvement
- Parotid gland enlargement, hepatosplenomegaly, lymphadenopathy
- No crackles

- Histology indicating noncaseating graulomas + clinical presentation
