control major bleeding
initiate shock treatment

Head Assessment
Inspects/palpates scalp and ears
Assess eyes
Inspects mouth, nose, and facial area
Neck Assessment
Trachea Deviation
Checks for Jugular Vein Distention (JVD)
Palpates Cervical Spine
Chest Assessment
Exposes and Inspects Chest
Palpates Exposed Chest
Auscultates Chest
Abdomen/Pelvis Assessment
Inspects and palpates 4 quadrants of exposed abdomen
Assess pelvis
Verbalizes assessment of genitalia
Lower Extremities Assessment
Inspects, palpates, and assess motor, sensory, and distal circulatory functions
Exposes
