What features should a training system for ATP have?
Short bursts of maximal energy.
Long rests in between sessions, 1:7 ratio

Why is taxing the PC system done?
So the enzymes will produce that make ATP via the ATP-PC system. The muscles may store a little more of PC.
What features should a training system for lactic acid system?
Slightly longer sessions of maximum effort to burn out the ATP system and tax the lactic system.
Few reps
1:1 or 1:4
Why is taxing the Lactic system done?
Trains the body to withstand higher levels of lactic acid.
What features should a training system for the aerobic system?
Long duration
Lots of reps
could be interval or continuous
