Describe physical training approach
A
-target practice.
-In a gym hall on a badminton court, I had a partner of similar ability to me. I stood at one side of the court whilst a partner served me the shuttle.
-At the other side of the court there were 3 boxes made from cones, each one further apart from the next. I chose a box to hit and aimed a smash shot towards a box.
-I did 3 sets of 10 reps and took 2 minutes rest between each set. After each set a partner gave me feedback on my shots.
-The furthest away box was 5 points, middle box was 2 points and first box was 1 point. After 10 reps I counted my score.
