Q

Explain how to do the experiment - 6 steps

A
  1. Use the pipette to get 20cm3 of an alkaline. Add to a conical flask.
  2. Add the indicator and place on a white tile.
  3. Fill the burette with a acid and take note of the starting volume.
  4. Slowly add to the alkaline, swirling until it turns white.
  5. Note the final volume and repeat until you have 2 that are at most 0.2 cm2 apart.
  6. Complete the titration calculations.
