A
- General
- Can they rise from a chair arms folded? Tremor (Piece of Paper on Dorsum)
- Pulse
- Forearm
- Eyes - assess for lid lag by asking the patient to look up and then down.
- Check Eye movements and acuity.
- Neck
- Swallowing
- Tongue (back of tongue too).

- Thyroid gland for bruits.
