A

Percuss anteriorly from side to side starting at the apices.

Respiratory Auscultation

A

Starting at the apices, auscultate anteriorly and axillary.
Assess vocal resonance and say “ninety-nine”
If Consolidation is suspected assess by asking the patient to whisper “two, two two”.
