• Feel from SCJ to Scapula
• Palpate Muscle bulk

Screening - Elbows back, hands behind head + Hands behind back.
Assess Active & Passive:
Flexion, Extension
External & Internal Rotation
Abduction (Painful Arc)

Special (Rotator Cuff Tests)

Supraspinatus - resisted abduction.
Infraspinatus, Teres Minor - Resisted external rotation.
Subscapularis - Resisted lift-off from the back.

Scarf Test

Answer 6

Put the shoulder into forced adduction by placing the hand on the opposite shoulder and note any pain at the ACJ which is indicative of pathology at this point.

Examine Cervical Spine and Elbow
Offer Neurovascular Testing.
