Burglary (entering)
Section 9 (1a) of the Theft Act 1968:
He enters any building or part of a building as a trespasser and with intent to steal, inflict GBH on any person or cause unlawful damage to the building or anything therein.
Burglary (having entered)
Section 9 (1b) of the Theft Act 1968:
Having entered any building or part of a building as a trespasser, he steals or attempts to steal anything in or part of the building, or inflicts or attempts to inflict GBH on any person therein.
Aggravated Burglary
Section 10 of the Theft Act 1968:
Commits any burglary and at the time has with him any;

Theft
Section 1 of the Theft Act 1968:
Dishonestly appropriates property belonging to another with the intention of permanently depriving the other of it.
Robbery
Section 8 of the Theft Act 1968:
Steals, and immediately before or at the time of doing so, and in order to do so, he uses force on any person. Or puts or seeks to put any person in fear of being then and there subjected to force.
Making off without payment
Section 3 of the Theft Act 1978:
Knowing that payment on the spot for any goods supplied or services done is required from him, dishonestly makes off without having paid as required or expected, with intent to avoid payment of the amount due.
Handling stolen goods
Section 22 of the Theft Act 1968:
(otherwise than in the course of the stealing) knowing or believing them to be stolen goods he dishonestly receives the goods, or dishonestly undertakes or assists in their retention, removal, disposal or realisation by or for the benefit of another person, or if he arranges to do so.
Taken without consent
Section 12(1) of the Theft Act 1968:
Without having the consent of the owner or other lawful authority, he takes any conveyance for his own or another’s use or, knowing that any conveyance has been taken without such authority, drives it or allows himself to be carried in or on it.

Section 12A of the Theft Act 1968:
Taking of a mechanically propelled vehicle via aggravating circumstances such as:
Driven dangerously on a road or other
Accident occurred causing injury (not himself)
Any property other than the vehicle is damaged
The vehicle is itself is damaged
