Drunken disorderly
Section 91(1) the Criminal Justice Act 1967:
Any person who in any public place is guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour may be arrested without warrant by any person
Likely causing H/A/D
S.5 Public Order Act 1986:
Uses threatening words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour, or displays any writing, sign or other visible representation which is threatening, within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress
Intentionally causing H/A/D
S.4a Public Order Act 1986:
Uses threatening words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour, or displays any writing, sign or other visible representation which is threatening, within the hearing or sight of a person intending to cause harassment, alarm or distress
Affray
S.3 Public Order Act 1986:
A person (1 or more) uses or threatens unlawful violence towards another and his conduct is such as would cause a person of reasonable firmness present at the scene to fear for his personal safety.
Violent disorder
S.2 Public Order Act 1986:
Where 3 or more persons who are present together use or threaten unlawful violence is such as would cause a person of reasonable firmness present at the scene to fear for his personal safety
Riot
S.1 Public Order Act 1986:
Where 12 or more persons who are present together use or threaten unlawful violence for a common purpose and the conduct of them is such as would cause a person of reasonable firmness present at the scene to fear for his personal safety
Breach of the Peace
S.5 Public Order Act 1936:
Any person who in any public place or at any public meeting uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to provoke a breach of the peace or whereby a breach of the peace is likely to be occasioned, shall be guilty of an offence.
