3) Skin: take care of your skin as it is a reflection of your professionalism/credibility and proficiency of skin care knowledge
4) Well-groomed Nails: nails should be short and filed so the client does NOT get scratched or hurt. Short nails with light polish are acceptable.
5) Makeup: wearing makeup reflects the image of your business. Light makeup and well-groomed brows are acceptable
6) Proper Uniform: uniforms should be clean, free of wrinkles, and spotless. They should also be comfortable to move around in for ergonomics
7) Positive Energy/Health: portray a positive appearance when greeting and working on clients. Do NOT let personal matters get in the way of quality service. Rest, relaxation techniques, and healthy foods will help
