Q

What is the importance of light intensity and what happens

A

brighter light = higher rate

stomata closes when dark - photosynthesis can’t happen - little water escaped

Q

What is the importance of temperature and what happens

A

warmer = faster transpiration

warm - more energy in particles to evaporate out of the stomata

Q

What is the importance of air flow and what happens

A

better air flow = high rate
poor air flow = water vapour doesn’t move away - high concentration of water particles both sides so diffusion doesn’t happen
good air flow = no vapour - low concentration of water - diffusion happens quickly
