What does Jesus’ passion refer to?
His suffering
What is immanence and where in the bible is it displayed?
Being close to and on the same level as Jesus, in the New Testament
Why is the paschal mystery significant to Christians?
Through it redemption was made possible, through it we receive justification
What does redemption mean?
To regain possession of something in return for payment
Why does justification mean?
Humans are joined again in a relationship with god, explaining how the paschal mystery bought about our salvation
What does the paschal mystery display?
The passion, death, resurrection and ascension of Jesus
What does the paschal mystery do to humans?
Restore them to a just relationship with god
What did JESUS ascension do?
Prepares the way for humans to follow JESUS to heaven and for the Holy Spirit TO continue THE work of salvation within the church
What does the host have to do with The paschal mystery?
It is the coming together of heaven and earth, which JESUS prayed for. We bring god closer by consuming JESUS flesh on earth. It is accepting salvation.

An abundance of love
What should we always talk about when talking about the ascension?
The Holy Spirit
