What does TFR stand for?
Temporary flight restriction
What does a TFR do?
Restricts certain aircraft from operating within a defined area on a temporary basis to protect persons or property in the air or on the ground
What can TFRs be issued for
>toxic gas leaks or spills >fumes from flammable agents >aircraft relief activities following a disaster >in support of VIP movements >for national security >major sporting events
When are TFRs used by GFAFB
When UAS are operating or proposed to be operating
