If you need it to stop ASAP, broadcast the request through emergency frequencies

Notify the ARTCC of direct broadcast ASAP

When previously suspended activity will no longer interfere

Inform the ARTCC or aircraft that it may be resumed.

Obtain approval from center prior to broadcasting a resume clearance directly to the aircraft
