     Can generate near physiologic blood flow (4-5 lpm)
     Percutaneous insertion
     Hemocompatability
     Extends from 13fr insertion to 24fr once across AV
     Retract sheath which expands cannula
     Moved blood from LV to Ao
     Used in patients with elective or urgent high-risk PCI, but not candidates for CABG.
