A

 Common criteria:
 Blood type
 Body size
 Distance
 Not as big of a deal
 Can be outside the body for 12-15 hours – TRAVEL FARTHER!
 Availability of recipient
 MELD Score
 Highest MELD score gets first offer
 If rejected, goes to next highest MELD score
