Movement Description
Skis hip width apart and parallel
Knees slightly bent
Push uphill ski, hip, arm and shoulder slightly forward
Pressurise inner edge of downhill ski
Lean your upper body slightly forward and downhill
Bring arms in front and to the side

Stationary exercise
Side-step up hill
Traverse in alpine basic position
Edging, should not slide downhill
Instead should be curving uphill
If all perfect then no need for exercises
Traverse and practice swallow
Arms out stretched
Superman
Downhill hand on hip
Uphill hand pointing forward
Lift tail of uphill ski
Body tension crucial
Place ski do not collapse
Step into a higher track
Needs a little bit of speed
