- Use NON-PVC bag and tubing (all)
- Use 0.22 MICRON FILTER (for cabazitaxel and paclitaxel; except for the albumin bound paclitaxel (Abraxane))

- Peripheral neuropathy
- Hypersensitivity reactions

Severe fluid retention

A
PREMEDICATION w/ a systemic steroid (dexamethasone), Benadryl and an H2RA (famotidine)

A
- Stop/interrupt therapy; do NOT rechallenge if reaction is severe
- Symptomatic care (ex: oxygen, epinephrine)
