White Cheddar Cheese Burger
(6 oz.) Ground beef patty. Topped with, caramelized onion and melted Vermont white cheddar cheese on a toasted sesame seed bun. Garnished with lettuce, sliced tomato, and tavern sauce. Served with French fries. Ground Beef- Brisket, chuck, and sirloinTavern Sauce – mayonnaise, yellow mustard, and sweet pickled relish.
Fish Sandwich
5 oz. tempura fried cod served on toasted sesame seed bun with melted muenster cheese. Whole grain mustard remoulade, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato and pickled red onion. Served with French fries.
Crispy “Hot Chicken” Biscuit
(5 oz.) Chicken breast dredged in our “Hot Chicken” flour blend and fried until golden brown then basted with our seasoned “Hot Chicken” dip. Served on a house made buttermilk biscuit with shredded iceberg lettuce, sliced tomato, dill pickle slices and our house made “Cane” sauce.
“Hot Chicken” Flour blend – flour, cayenne pepper, Hungarian paprika.
“Hot Chicken” Dip – Blended oil, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, Hungarian paprika, chili powder.
“Spicy Mayo” – Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, and garlic.
Short Rib Grilled Cheese
Toasted sourdough with white cheddar and aged swiss and provolone topped with slow braised short rib, house made sauerkraut and red wine demi. Serve with French Fries.
Sauerkraut- braised cabbage, onions and apple cider vinegar.
