Trimmed and blanched asparagus stalks tossed in melted butter and then seasoned with kosher salt
Creamed Spinach

Chopped spinach sautéed with butter and shallots then folded into bacon cream sauce.
Thickened cream sauce flavored with bacon and parmigiano regianno.
Served with a side spoon
Chop House Corn

Fresh yellow corn kernels sautéed with butter and shallots then deglazed with white wine. Finished with cream and a touch of sugar. Garnished with minced chives.

Button mushrooms sautéed until golden brown then deglazed with sherry and gently tossed with caramelized yellow onions. Finished with parsley butter. Garnished with minced parsley.

Green beans blanched then tossed in whole butter and garnished with toasted sliced almonds.
Loaded Baked Potato

Idaho potato rolled in melted butter and seasoned with kosher salt. Freshly baked potato is split and topped with whole butter and then fluffed. Served with shredded Tillamook cheddar, sour cream, bacon lardons and garnished with minced chives.
French Fries

Thinly cut house made French fries fried until golden brown and slightly crispy. Seasoned with kosher salt.
Mashed Potatoes

House made mashed potatoes served in a small crock, and topped with butter.
Served with a side spoon
Hashbrowns

Shredded potatoes with a layer of caramelized onions in the center. Griddled on each side until golden brown. Topped with quenelle of sour cream and garnished with minced chives.
Parsley Potatoes

Baby Yukon gold potatoes cooked in chicken stock, garlic and herbs. Seasoned with kosher salt and tossed in parsley butter.
White Cheddar Mac and Cheese

Elbow macaroni tossed with a cheese sauce made with white cheddar, American cheese and aged swiss. Topped with a parmesan herb panko

Fresh roasted brussels sprouts tossed with caramelized onions, bacon lardons and balsamic reduction. Served with side spoon
