Q

How can conditioning processes explain an overdose?

A

Even though the intake wasn’t too large or heavy

Heroin addict who always consumes heroin home

to understand the overdose is to look CR so because you’re used to intake of the product your body will anticipate its effects (heroin lowering your heart down)

So when the addict changes the environment of intake his body won’t make so many CR changes and therefore the dose will have more effect
