What pattern do you use to close a cystotomy
either:
one-layer - inverting (e.g. connell, cushing)
two-layer- Submucosal / mucosa and Seromuscular

Functional or mechanical obstruction of the bladder or urethra
Excessive urine retention (atonic bladder)
Post bladder / urethral surgery (urinary bypass)
