Then fold under mattress miter corner tuck in to bottom by feet
Put drawer sheet tuck under mattress
Fan fold the sheet ,drawer , protector sheet under the person
Have person roll toward you holding the rail
Lower side rail
Check for left items in bed
Loosen remove soiled linens including bed protectorplace in hamper
Remove replace gloves
Pull clean items bottom and drawer sheet properlly aligned
Tuck under head of bed
Do drawer sheet
Help person roll on back to center of bed
Adjust pillow good alignment
Put top sheet with top at head of mattress
Ensure smooth stitching on top of person
Place bath blanket in hamper
Pillowcase
Open end of pillow case away from door
Tuck in top linens and toe pleat

Cover top sheet w/ bath blanket
Top linens fan fold down to bed bottom
Top clothes first remove strong arm first then weak arm
Slide sleeves around neck
Hold shoulder and head off pillow
Slip blouse off over head
Bottoms
Bend knees, feet flat on bed to raise hips
Under blanket slide old pants down and over hips

    Or
   Roll on one side and other if week legs

     Put on gloves

Bend knees and far apart
      Remove dirty protector replace with dry one
      Put water in
      Test on person
      Wash cloth soap
       Hold labia using different area for other labia and yet another
       Vulva
        Rinse  and Dry same way
Change water for buttocks area
       Wash rinse and dry buttocks and anus
       Pat dry
        Put back in supine position
        Put clean clothing
