Whole arm away from body to moving toward body
Abduction or addiction
Leg rotation in or outward
Medial or lateral
Palm turned down or up
Pronation or supination
Bending wrist toward thumb or radius bone or
Bending wrist toward little finger or ulna bone
Radial deviation
Ulnar deviation
Bending ankles toes up or toes point down
Dorsiflexion or Plantar Flexion
Turing ankle inward or ankle outward
Inversion. Or Eversion
Range of motion exercises may be
Active. Done alone
Active-assisted . Helped by someone
Passive . Done by caregiver
