Primary = never achieved pregnancy (after 1 year of trying) Secondary = have become pregnant before, but now unable

What are some causes of male factor subfertility?
Primary testicular dysfunction (due to trauma, infection, chemo etc)
Obstructive (congenital, infective)
Endocrine (hyperprolactinaemia, hypo hypo)
Drugs (smoking, alcohol, steroids)
Environment (heat, radiation, chemical)
What is the most common cause of oligomenorrhoea?
Polycystic ovarian syndrome
What are potential treatments for anovulation?
Exercise and weight loss
Metformin (effective in PCOS patients)
How do fibroids affect fertility?
Decrease
By affecting implantation mainly
What are causes of tubal disease?
Infection e.g. chlamydia
