- Hemisensory loss (face/arm)
- Homonymous hemianopia (contralateral)
- Aphasia
- Neglect
- Aphasia
- Gaze in side of lesion
- Cognitive change
- Dysphagia/Visuospatial disturbance (can’t dress/gets lost)

Contralateral homonymous hemianopia (macula sparing)
- Dysarthia
- Dizziness
- Dysphagia
- Diplopia

Dominant vs non dominant middle cereberal artery lesion (2)

- Dysphasia = dominant
- Visuospacial disturbance (gets lost/can’t dress) = non dominant
